The proposal was in the <br />amount of $575. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION RATIFIED THE PROPOSAL <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, FROM COOK DRILLING COMPANY FOR <br />the Commission ratified the proposal from PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE SAMPLE - <br />Cook Drilling Company for professional EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />services in the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Area. <br />V. Commission ratification requested for <br />Change Order #1 with Ken Herceg & <br />Associates for professional services in the <br />West Washington- Chapin Development <br />Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Ken Herceg <br />was supervising the demolition and <br />removal of an underground storage tank at <br />K & S Foods. The change order was <br />authorized by Dave Norris, but he did not <br />get Commission approval. The change <br />order was in the amount of $2,500, dated <br />February 11, 1994. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission ratified Change Order #1 <br />with Ken Herceg & Associates for <br />-21- <br />COMMISSION RATIFIED CHANGE ORDER #1 <br />WITH KEN HERCEG & ASSOCIATES FOR <br />PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE WEST <br />WASHINGTON - CHAPIN DEVELOPMENT <br />AREA <br />
