Task 204 — Shop Drawing and Submittal Review <br />As is indicated in Paragraph 7.16 from the General Conditions for the <br />Construction Contract, Engineer shall be reimbursed for costs associated with <br />reviewing a fourth or subsequent submittal of a Shop Drawing, sample or oher <br />item requiring approval. The Engineer reviewed the following shop drawings <br />submitted by the Contractor: <br />1. 033053-OO1C and 00113— Cast -in -Place Concrete <br />2. 263213-OO1C —Engine Generators <br />3. 262423-002C and 002D — MCC Miscellaneous Buckets <br />b. For the Additional Services or the modifications to services set forth above, <br />Owner shall pay Engineer the following additional or modified compensation: <br />For professional services described under item 2a, Owner agrees to pay Engineer <br />in accordance with the Agreement for Professional Services on a lump sum basis. <br />The total compensation for Amendment 1 shall increase the lump sum amount by <br />$55,785 and shall not be revised without written authorization. <br />5. Agreement Summary (Reference only) <br />a. Original Agreement amount: $602,919 <br />b. Net change for prior amendments: $0 <br />c. This amendment amount: $55,785 <br />d. Adjusted Agreement amount: $658,704 <br />The foregoing Agreement Summary is for reference only and does not alter the terms of the Agreement, <br />including those set forth in Exhibit C. <br />Owner and Engineer hereby agree to modify the above -referenced Agreement as set forth in this <br />Amendment.
