NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />U <br />a. continued... <br />Site Plan <br />The site plan as submitted with the <br />proposal does not meet the requirements as <br />stated in the Covenants and Development <br />Guidelines. However, the preliminary site <br />plan previously submitted to the <br />Department was much closer to meeting <br />the Guidelines. Acceptance of this <br />proposal should be tied to final staff <br />review of the site plans for both Phase I <br />and II. <br />Mr. Gonderman explained that his <br />daughter, Anna, has worked in a catering <br />facility similar to this in a similar office <br />park and seen the concepts work really <br />well together. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal <br />from Sycamore Hills, Inc. for Lot 4 in <br />Blackthorn Corporate Park. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal for Marketing Services in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mr. Riggs explained that the staff has <br />received a proposal from Coldwell Banker - <br />Anchor Real Estate Commercial Division <br />to continue marketing efforts in Blackthorn <br />Corporate Park. <br />This is a temporary agreement until a <br />more detailed long term agreement can be <br />worked out. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the Proposal <br />from Coldwell Banker for Marketing <br />Services in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. <br />In <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM SYCAMORE HILLS, INC.
