NEW BUSINESS <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add three items to the <br />agenda. There were no objections and items 6.m., <br />6.n., and 6.o. were added. <br />a. Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. <br />Mr. Riggs noted that the Commission has <br />received a proposal from Sycamore Hills, <br />Inc. to purchase a 6.75 acre parcel of land <br />in the Blackthorn Corporate Park. The <br />parcel is located in Lot 4, north of Nimtz <br />Parkway and immediately west of the <br />parcel sold to Sullivan Advertising. <br />Sycamore Hills, Inc. is a corporation <br />wholly owned by Robert R Gonderman, <br />Sr. <br />The proposal includes a two -phase <br />purchase of the site. Phase I, to be <br />purchased immediately, is 3.97 acres at a <br />low proposed purchase price of $99,250 <br />($25,000 /acre).
