NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />g. continued... <br />moving in and completing the rehab of the <br />house. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Addendum to <br />Contract for Sale of Land with Southhold <br />Restorations, Inc. in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. (312 E. South Street) <br />h. Filing of Resolution No. 1349 amending <br />the Airport Economic Development Area <br />Development Plan and setting a Public <br />Hearing for July 7, 1995 at 10:00 a.m. on <br />Resolution No. 1349. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1349 amends the Airport Economic <br />Development Area by enlarging it to include <br />property that was annexed into the City of <br />South Bend in 1994. This makes the <br />boundaries of the development area coincide <br />with the boundaries of the City in that area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted Resolution No. 1349 <br />for filing and set the Public Hearing on <br />Resolution No. 1349 for July 7, 1995 at <br />10:00 a.m. <br />i. Commission authorization requested for <br />use of the Morris Civic Plaza by Center <br />City Associates on June 29, 1995 for <br />Annual Recognition Breakfast. <br />-8- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE ADDENDUM <br />TO CONTRACT FOR SALE OF LAND WITH <br />SOUTHHOLD RESTORATIONS, INC.
