Staff report on disposition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />There was no report. <br />f. Commission approval requested for <br />Residential Lease for property located at <br />615 E. Keasey Street in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (Tina M. Paulus) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this lease is with <br />a tenant of property which we have <br />purchased. She will be staying in the <br />apartment for one month following closing. <br />The one -month rent will be $400. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacld, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Residential Lease <br />with Tma M. Paulus for property located at <br />615 E. Keasey Street for the term June 1 <br />through June 30, 1995. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Addendum to Contract for Sale of Land <br />with Southhold Restorations, Inc. in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />(312 E. South Street) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Southhold <br />Restorations purchased a vacant lot from the <br />Commission onto which they moved a <br />house. Another buyer, Mr. & Mrs. Martin, <br />will be purchasing the house.
