NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />from Lisa Andrysiak, Classified Manager of <br />the South Bend Tribune, that the Notice of <br />Hearing was published on May 19, 1995; <br />and, 2) an Affidavit from Carol Smith, <br />Advertising Manager of the Tri- County <br />News, that the Notice of Hearing was <br />published on May 19, 1995. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1345 appropriates $25,000 of tax <br />increment funds in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. It will be spent on local <br />public improvements in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area, primarily on <br />finishing landscaping and lighting behind <br />Macri's Restaurant and Deli. <br />Mr. Faccenda opened the Public Hearing for PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1345 <br />anyone who wished to speak. There was no <br />one who wished to speak regarding <br />Resolution No. 1345. Mr. Faccenda closed <br />the Public Hearing. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1345. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />Mr. Hojnacki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1345, <br />a Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the South Bend Redevelopment Commission. <br />C.
