South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Special Meeting - May 26, 1995 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />b. continued... <br />it. This project is a leading example of <br />that. <br />Mr. Faccenda noted that since he has a <br />contractual arrangement with Barnes & <br />Thornburg, he will not be voting on this <br />item. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded <br />by Mr. Hcjnacki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />proposal from Midwest Land Company <br />for Lot 1 of the First Blackthorn <br />Industrial Minor Subdivision in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mayor Kernan expressed his appreciation <br />for the work of the staff, particularly <br />Jenny Pitts Manier and James Riggs. <br />Although the project has been a long <br />time in the works, there has been a lot of <br />work necessary in the last couple of <br />weeks to get to this point today. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />There were no progress reports. <br />8.
