Midwest Machine <br />will incurr additional site development costs <br />related to this parcel that include clearance <br />and fill of the site as well as curb and <br />sidewalk improvements and extensive <br />landscaping. Construction of the building <br />will take place in 1995. <br />Mr. Reiner, President of Midwest Machine, <br />stated that the company does need additional <br />facilities in order to grow. He stated that <br />the company would like to remain in the <br />downtown area. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Midwest Machine Products, Inc. for <br />Disposition Parcel 16 in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked the Commission for <br />authorization, if required, to sign any tax <br />abatement petition that Mr. Reiner might <br />submit prior to closing on the sale of the <br />Property <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM MIDWEST MACHINE PRODUCTS, INC. <br />FOR DISPOSITION PARCEL 16 IN THE <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, seconded by COMMISSION AUTHORIZED STAFF TO <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the EXECUTE THE DOCUMENTS, IF NEEDED, <br />Commission authorized staff to execute the FOR A TAX ABATEMENT PETMON FOR <br />documents, if needed, for a tax abatement MIDWEST MACHINE PRODUCTS, INC. <br />petition for Midwest Machine Products, Inc <br />. <br />
