COMMUNICATIONS <br />There were no Communications. <br />5. OLD BUSINESS <br />There was no Old Business. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1342, <br />amending the Sample -Ewing Development <br />Plan. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: 1) An original of <br />the "Notice of Hearing on Amendment to <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Plan;" 2) <br />An affidavit of Carol Smith, Advertising <br />Manager of the South Bend Thbune, that the <br />Notice of Hearing was published in that <br />daily newspaper on May 5, 1995; 3) An <br />affidavit of Lisa J. Andrysiak, Classified <br />Manager of the Tri- County News, that the <br />Notice of Hearing was published in that <br />weekly newspaper on May 5, 1995; 4) A <br />memo from Ann Kolata stating that on <br />-3- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED CLAIMS <br />SUBMITTED MAY 19, 1995 <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />
