Michigan Street in the <br />Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Proposal from Peirce & Associates for <br />professional services in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Peirce & <br />Associates has proposed to do survey <br />work for property we intend to acquire <br />east of Fellows Street for part of the <br />replacement for Dean Johnson Park. In <br />addition, the proposal includes survey <br />work for five parcels that we want to put <br />up for disposition. Peirce proposes to <br />complete the first five items within 30 <br />days. There is not an immediate need <br />for the other surveys and we will work <br />with Peirce on teh timetable for them. <br />The total amount of the contract is <br />$14,160. <br />-15- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE LEASE WITH <br />BURKHART ADVERTISING FOR PROPERTY <br />AT 916 S.
