The change made to <br />Substitute Resolution No. 1333 was the <br />addition of language confirming that the <br />distribution of any net profits after all <br />expenses, including debt service, are paid <br />will be according to the terms of the Joint <br />Development Agreement with the St. Joseph <br />County Airport Authority. <br />Mr. Faccenda opened the Public Hearing for PUBLIC HEARING ON RESOLUTION NO. 1333 <br />anyone who wished to speak. Mr. Cierzniak <br />asked for a copy of the more definitive <br />breakdown of the budget which was attached <br />to Resolution No. 1333. He was given a <br />copy. There was no one else who wished to <br />speak. Mr. Faccenda closed the Public <br />Hearing. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />(Substitute)Resolution No. 1333. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Hunt and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Substitute Resolution <br />No. 1333 appropriating monies for the <br />purpose of defraying the expenses of certain <br />local public improvements for the fiscal year <br />beginning January 1, 1995 and ending <br />December 31, 1995 including all outstanding <br />claims and obligations, fixing a time when <br />the same shall take effect, and establishing <br />certain enterprise funds. <br />6.
