South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 17, 1995 <br />6. NEW BUSINFSS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />$2,301 over the 5 year period. Therefore, <br />the cost of the real property tax abatement <br />will be approximately $10,674. <br />Mr. Rupsis noted that they have looked all <br />over the midwest and found South Bend to <br />be a very attractive place to locate their <br />business. They hope to be in their new <br />building by November 1995. <br />Mr. Rupsis also noted that one reason they <br />settled on South Bend was that it was <br />particularly friendly to small business and <br />easy to work with. Illinois, where they are <br />presently located, is not. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hojnacki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 1327 approving an application for real <br />property tax deduction for property located <br />at 3820 William Richardson Drive in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area (FDC <br />Graphic Films) <br />b.
