Mrs. Kolata <br />responded that she believed Ralph <br />Lauver's proposal was low rather than <br />McCloskey -Pitts being high. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Hunt, seconded by <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />FROM RALPH LAUVER IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />Commission accepted the proposal from <br />$950 AND THE PROPOSAL FROM <br />Ralph Lauver in the amount of $950 and <br />MCCLOSKEY -PITTS IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$1300 FOR PROFESSIONAL SERVICES IN THE <br />the proposal from McCloskey -Pitts in the <br />SAMPLE -EWING DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />amount of $1300 for Professional Services <br />in the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />g. Commission approval requested for <br />Community Development Program <br />Contract for Southeast Housing Activity. <br />(CD94 -110) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this is a <br />contract to spend Community Development <br />Block Grant funds beginning April 1, 1995 <br />to March 31, 1996 in the amount of <br />$120,000 for the relocation and /or <br />rehabilitation of at least four houses in the <br />Southeast Neighborhood. Some of the <br />houses the Commission is presently buying <br />are suitable for reuse. If the present <br />owners want to remain in their house in a <br />new location, we would move their house <br />for them; if tenants we are relocating <br />IL -15- <br />
