NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued... <br />received two proposals for removing the <br />other small building. <br />The first is from Dennis Stites for $500. <br />Mr. Stites proposes to move the building <br />to 629 N. College Street for a <br />commercial use. <br />The second is from Chester Los for <br />$175. Mr. Los proposes to move the <br />building to an 11' /2 acre tract in Cass <br />l County, Michigan for a dry storage area. <br />The staff recommends accepting the offer <br />from Mr. Los. The staff has some <br />concerns about locating this building on <br />4 <br />the College Street property. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Auburn, <br />seconded by Mr. Donoho and <br />unanimously carried, the Commission <br />accepted the proposal from Chester Los <br />in the amount of $175 for the small <br />building on the Dreisbach property in the <br />South Bend Central Development Area. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver in connection <br />with the Rental Rehab Loan Program <br />for property located at 421 N. Blaine. <br />(Nicholas L. and Mary Ann Kenkel) <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the <br />Commission previously made loans to <br />landlords under the Rental Rehab <br />Program.
