There was no one <br />else who wished to speak. Ms. Auburn <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />(modified) Resolution No. 1284. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1284, <br />as modified. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked the Commission to <br />authorize the sending of a purchase offer for <br />the easement rights, setting the offering <br />price at $16,450 and authorizing the use of <br />eminent domain if agreement cannot be <br />reached within 30 days. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission authorized the sending of a <br />purchase offer for the easement rights with <br />the right of eminent domain. <br />C. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1288 approving an <br />application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 2525 N. <br />Foundation Drive in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Miles Distributors, <br />Inc.) <br />Mr. Inks read the staff report on the project. <br />Miles Distributors is a wholesale distributor <br />of ceramic tile and related products.
