Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1277 approving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for property located at 1145- <br />1305 Prairie Avenue in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (South <br />Bend Scrap and Processing Division) <br />Mr. Hunt asked that item 5.a. be tabled. <br />There was no objection and the item was <br />tabled. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />Ms. Auburn asked permission to add two items <br />to the agenda. There was no objection and the <br />items were added. <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1283 <br />amending the Development Plan for <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />Mr. Hunt asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: 1) the <br />original of the Notice of Public Hearing <br />on the amendment to the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Plan; 2) an affidavit from <br />Carol Smith, Advertising Manager of the <br />South Bend Tribune that the notice of <br />hearing was published in that newspaper <br />on August 5, 1993; 3) an affidavit from <br />Lisa Andrysiak, Classified Manager of <br />the Tri- County News that the notice of <br />hearing was published in that newspaper <br />-3- <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />ITEM 5.
