NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />h. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr Sharp, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Release of Development Obligation <br />related to property in the South Bend <br />Central Development Area. (Stephenson <br />Mill Apartments) <br />i. Commission approval requested for <br />Acknowledgement of Termination of <br />Lease. <br />Ms. Manier explained that when the <br />IL Commission acquired the Corridor <br />Properties Building, Lebermuth <br />Company was a tenant in the building. <br />They have been relocated and would like <br />this document approved for the record. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission approved the <br />Acknowledgement of Termination of <br />Lease. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mr. Hunt reported that he was showing some <br />development prospects some land in the Airport <br />Industrial Park. Land in that area is really <br />moving fast. There are a lot of new buildings <br />or expansions recently, including many that the <br />Commission has sold land for and approved tax <br />abatements for.
