Commission approval requested for <br />additional funds in connection with the <br />Roof Loan Program for property <br />located at 2502 Linden Avenue. <br />(Zenobia Allen) <br />Ms. Baumgartner noted that the <br />Commission approved a $5,050 loan for <br />replacement of a roof for Zenobia Allen. <br />While removing the existing roof, it <br />became apparent that there was structural <br />damage to the roof which needed to be <br />repaired before a new roof could be put <br />on. Additional funds in the amount of <br />$2,010 are needed in order to do the <br />structural repairs. The additional funds <br />will increase the total loan amount to <br />$7,060 and the term of the loan will be <br />extended to approximately 20 years but <br />will not increase the size of the monthly <br />payment. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded <br />COMMISSION APPROVED AN INCREASE OF <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously <br />$2010 FOR THE LOAN IN CONNECTION <br />carried, the Commission approved an <br />WITH THE ROOF LOAN PROGRAM FOR <br />increase of 2010 for the loan in <br />PROPERTY LOCATED AT 2502 LINDEN <br />connection with the Roof Loan Program <br />AVENUE (ZENOBIA ALLEN) <br />for property located at 2502 Linden <br />Avenue.
