NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that Resolution <br />No. 1279 appropriates $1,663,003.59 for <br />debt service and/or lease payments for bond <br />issues in the South Bend Central <br />Development Area. <br />Mr. Piasecki opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to be heard. There was <br />no one who wished to speak. Mr. Piasecki <br />closed the Public Hearing. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1279. <br />ILI Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution <br />No. 1279, a Supplemental Appropriation <br />Resolution of the City of South Bend <br />Redevelopment Commission. (South Bend <br />Central Development Area) <br />c. Receipt of Bids for property in the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. (207 E. Ohio, <br />Key # 18 -7001 -0039) <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that one bid was received <br />for this property. The bid was from the <br />owner of the west half of lot number 3 as <br />shown in the recorded plat of Adam J. <br />Baker's First Addition to the City of South <br />Bend, and is located at 201 E. Ohio. The <br />owner of 201 E. Ohio offers to trade it for <br />the property at 207 E. Ohio. If acquired, <br />the owner will use 207 E.
