Commission approval requested for <br />Resolution No. 1277 =roving an <br />application for personal property tax <br />deduction for pMgM located at 1145 -1305 <br />Prairie Avenue in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. (South Bend Scrap and <br />Processing Division) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that item 5.a. be tabled <br />until a decision has been made on the license <br />ILfor South Bend Scrap and Processing. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />[A <br />a. Public Hearine on Resolution No. 1279. a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of <br />the Citv of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission. (South Bend Central <br />Development Area) <br />Mrs. Kolata asked that the following items <br />be entered into the record: 1) an affidavit <br />from the South Bend Tribune that the Notice <br />of Hearing was published in the South Bend <br />Tribune on July 15, 1994; and 2) an <br />affidavit from Tri- County News that the <br />Notice of Hearing was published in the Tri- <br />County News on July 15, 1994. There were <br />no objections and the items were entered <br />into the record. <br />4 <br />ITEM 5.A.
