There <br />were no objections and the items were so <br />entered. <br />Mr. Norris explained that Resolution <br />No. 1243 adds additional properties to the <br />acquisition list of the West Washington - <br />Chapin Development Area Development <br />Plan and changes the make -up of the Design <br />Review Committee for the West <br />Washington - Chapin Development Area. The <br />properties that Resolution No. 1243 adds to <br />the acquisition list are several vacant lots on <br />the west side of Chapin along Western <br />Avenue and the K & F Foods property. The <br />neighborhood organization, WWCRP, has <br />approved the addition of these properties to <br />the acquisition list. The change to the <br />Design Review Committee removes two <br />public officials from the Committee and <br />replaces them with two additional <br />neighborhood representatives. <br />Ms. Auburn opened the Public Hearing for <br />anyone who wished to be heard. There was <br />no one who wished to speak. Ms. Auburn <br />closed the Public Hearing for whatever <br />action the Commission desired to take. <br />Mr. Piasecki asked what is being done with <br />the big green house on that block that is all <br />boarded up.
