CO
South Bend Redevelopment Commission
Regular Meeting - April 15, 1994
D
6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.)
a. continued...
Mr. Fedder: Might I ask, though, when you
do set that, would you see that I get notice
as early as possible?
Mrs. Kolata: We can certainly do that as
well.
Mr. Fedder: For the record, too, I think
that the property owners that I represent, if
you can recall the history of what's
happened here, they've been, I thought, very
cooperative with the redevelopment in
moving this forward through the annexation
stages and, there's a possibility that that'll
happen again. It's just the way it came into
my office the day before yesterday... I
didn't have a lot of time to look.
Mrs. Kolata: We'll certainly be very glad
to send it. It was just a staff mistake on our
part, given that there were only three
property owners, except that one of the
properties has more than one owner. I think
that what happened is that the tax records
were not checked. Normally our notice is
given to the owners of record as on the tax
bills. Apparently that was not done. But
we will send notice to you when this is
coming up again.
Ms. Auburn asked if anyone else wished to
speak regarding Resolution No. 1238.
There was no one else. Ms. Auburn closed
the Public Hearing.
In
