Receipt of bids for Disposition Parcel A of <br />1st Blackthorn Industrial Minor Subdivision <br />in the Airport Economic Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that no bids were received <br />by 10:00 a.m. We were not expecting any <br />bids. However, now that the property has <br />gone through the public bid process, we can <br />negotiate with any interested party. Parcel A <br />of 1st Blackthorn Industrial Minor <br />Subdivision is approximately 16 acres of land <br />which was transferred from the Airport <br />Authority to the Commission. <br />b. Receipt of bids for Blackthorn Corporate <br />Park Disposition Lot #3 in the Airport <br />Economic Development Area. <br />THERE WERE NO COMMUNICATIONS <br />THERE WAS NO OLD BUSINESS <br />NO BIDS RECEIVED FOR PARCEL A OF 1ST <br />BLACKTHORN INDUSTRIAL MINOR <br />SUBDIVISION <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that no bids were received NO BIDS RECEIVED FOR BLACKTHORN <br />by 10:00 a.m. on this parcel. Again, we CORPORATE PARK DISPOSITION LOT #3 IN <br />were not expecting any bids at this time. THE AIRPORT ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT <br />This lot is the intended hotel site for the AREA <br />corporate park. <br />c.
