There is no relationship <br />between Cheryl's job and this engineering <br />contract. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Amendment No. 3 to <br />Contract with The Troyer Group for <br />lt� professional engineering services in the <br />Studebaker Corridor Portion of the Sample - <br />Ewing Development Area. <br />h. Commission approval requested for <br />Amendment to Contract for Drofessional <br />engineering services with Ken Herceg & <br />Associates in the Studebaker Corridor portion <br />of the Sample-Ewing g evelopment Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that the Commission <br />had hired Ken Herceg to do some <br />environmental testing on the same block, <br />close to the corner of Lafayette and Indiana. <br />This is a change order that increases the fee <br />by $2,100 because the testing needed to be <br />done at a deeper level than originally <br />specified. The change order also includes a <br />$4,700 fee for additional soil borings.
