OLD BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />1994, but not by March as proposed by Old <br />Fort Building Supply; and 6) that we clear <br />Parcel B of any shrubs, weeds, or fencing <br />that may currently be on the lot. We believe <br />that this revised proposal is a good one that <br />will allow a long -time South Bend business to <br />consolidate operations and improve its <br />operations. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by <br />Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the staff <br />recommendation and approved the revised <br />Proposal from Old Fort Building Supply for <br />Disposition Parcel B in the Studebaker <br />ko� Corridor portion of the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />6. NEW BUSINESS <br />a. Public Hearing on Resolution No. 1216 a <br />Supplemental Appropriation Resolution of the <br />City of South Bend Redevelopment <br />Commission (South Bend Central <br />Development Area). <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we have affidavits <br />showing that the Notices of Public Hearing <br />were published in the Tri- County News and <br />the South Bend Tribune on January 21, 1994. <br />Ms. Auburn asked if there was any objection <br />to entering the affidavits into the record. <br />There was no objection and the items were so <br />entered. <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE STAFF <br />RECOMMENDATION AND APPROVED THE <br />REVISED PROPOSAL FROM OLD FORT <br />BUILDING SUPPLY FOR DISPOSITION <br />PARCEL B IN THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR <br />PORTION OF THE SAMPLE -EWING <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />
