South Bend Redevelopment Commission
''egular Meeting - February 4, 1994
6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.)
c. continued...
BOB WOZNY: 51500 Stratton Court,
Granger. I am not here for the purpose of
the Polack's residence, but as a tax payer, I'd
just like to make two observations. One, I
agree that it is a beautiful home and they
have taken pride in maintaining it. Owning two family businesses, I
remind myself of the most successful slogan
ever coined: the customer is always right. In
the situation as the one that is facing us
today, I feel that we, as tax payers, have a
right.
Every company realizes that it must
constantly invest in its own physical plant to
remain healthy and grow.
