The staff recommends accepting <br />the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer in the amount of $1,530 <br />for property located at 315 E. Keasey in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area. <br />The next counter offer is from Linda <br />Groves in the amount of $7,000 for <br />property located at 210 E. Ohio. The <br />original purchase offer was for $5,250. <br />The staff recommends accepting the <br />offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, <br />seconded by Mr. Sharp and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter offer from Linda Groves in the <br />amount of $7,000 for property located at <br />210 E. Ohio in the Sample -Ewing <br />Development Area. <br />The next counter offer is from Fred <br />Nieman in the amount of $16,000 for a <br />duplex located at 1117 Fellows Street. <br />The original purchase offer was for <br />$14,500.
