Commission approval requested for <br />Certificate of Waiver for Thomas B. <br />Brademas. Jr. and Michelle C. Brademas for <br />property located at 1003 N. Sherman Ave. <br />Ms. Richmond explained that Thomas B. <br />Brademas, Jr. and Michelle C. Brademas <br />received a Rental Rehab loan two years ago. <br />During their first year review there were <br />items outstanding that needed to be remedied <br />before the Certificate of Waiver could be <br />awarded. Those items are now remedied <br />and this Certificate includes a $1,259.00 <br />waiver for each of the years ending January <br />4, 1992 and 1993. <br />Ms. Richmond noted that Tom and Michelle <br />have purchased eleven other properties in <br />the two block area surrounding this house. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded COMMISSION APPROVED THE CERTIFICATE <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, OF WAIVER FOR THOMAS B. BRADEMAS, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate of JR. AND MICHELLE C. BRADEMAS FOR <br />Waiver for Thomas B. Brademas, Jr. and PROPERTY LOCATED AT 1003 N. SHERMAN <br />Michelle C. Brademas for property located <br />at 1003 N. Sherman Ave. <br />b. Commission approval requested for <br />Subordination Agreement with Standard <br />Federal Bank for Thomas B. Brademas. Jr. <br />and Michelle C. Brademas for property <br />located at 1003 N. Sherman Ave. <br />
