19 <br />I �" South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />�` Regular Meeting - October 15, 1993 <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />Mrs. Kolata reported that appraisals are coming <br />in. Gabriel and Hedy are working on them. <br />Hedy and Gabriel have also been meeting with <br />property owners. <br />Mr. Howell asked what the status of the <br />Trammell Crow building is. Mrs. Kolata <br />responded that they are working on pre - leasing. <br />We've received a functional design of a parking <br />garage and need to share that with TCU. Transpo <br />is moving ahead with plans to move. They have <br />bids out for paving the lot at Main & Western. <br />They expect to move yet this year. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The Next Commission Meeting is scheduled for <br />November 5, 1993 at 10:00 a.m. <br />There being no further business to come before <br />the Commission, Mr. Donoho made a motion that <br />the meeting be adjourned.
