NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />d. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded <br />by Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved Resolution No. <br />1196 relating to acquisition of property in <br />the Sample -Ewing Development Area by <br />Eminent Domain. <br />e. Commission approval requested for <br />Easement with Indiana Michigan Power. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that this item is <br />related to the land the Commission sold to <br />McClurg Leasing. Part of their <br />development plan is a parking lot next to <br />their building and moving the truck docks. <br />Most of that work is done. However, there <br />is an I & M pole in the middle of the <br />parking lot that needs to be relocated. We <br />are proposing to relocate it a few feet to the <br />west, onto Commission -owned property and <br />granting I & M a seven foot easement along <br />the property line. That will mean that the <br />pole will be on a piece of property that we <br />will eventually sell to someone else, but it <br />will be right at the edge of the property and <br />will also serve the new owner.
