It is entered into the <br />record. <br />DONELLA MARSH: I'd like to say something. <br />My residence is 130 E. Ohio Street. I'm <br />quite concerned that everyone whose <br />property is involved in this redevelopment <br />plan is treated fairly. And at the market <br />price for their home. And my concern is <br />how you go about determining, since this <br />man mentioned the word blighted, that a <br />property is blighted and, if so, how did you <br />make that known? Also, I'm very <br />concerned that some appraisers came to our <br />home and did some appraising and did not <br />give a follow -up copy of the actual, final <br />appraisals. I don't think that that was <br />appropriate. I'd like to have access to those <br />documents. I'd like some answers to how <br />you intend to go about making sure that <br />people are treated fairly regarding their <br />property, whether there is a home on the lot <br />or they simply own land, simple lots, or <br />whatever. I want some detailed information <br />and I'd like to have that in writing. <br />MRS.
