NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />f. continued... <br />working on the Morris Civic /Palais Royale <br />Project both for Dan Pierotti and for the <br />Entertainment District Board. She has <br />proposed to take on some of Cleo's <br />assignments related to the Morris <br />Civic /Palais Royale Project until January <br />1994. She has proposed to provide her <br />services at a rate of $15.00 per hour, not to <br />exceed $5,400 (an average of 20 hours per <br />week). She will attend board meetings and <br />committee meetings, schedule the fund drive <br />task force meetings, etc. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by <br />Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved the Proposal from and <br />Agreement with Kim Smoyer McCaffery for <br />Professional Services related to the Morris <br />Civic /Palais Royale project. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add an item to <br />the agenda. There was no objection and item 6.9. <br />was added. <br />g. Commission approval requested for use of <br />St. Joseph/Wayne Parking Facility by the <br />Alive with Pride Fundraising Committee. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Alive With Pride <br />Fundraising Committee has asked to use the <br />St. Joseph/Wayne Parking Facility on either <br />September 24, October 9 or October 22. <br />They want to hold a celebration on the roof <br />top of the garage to bring people to the <br />downtown area in a unique setting. The <br />celebration would entail the presence of a <br />band, food, and alcohol.
