South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - April 2, 1993 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Mr. Hoffman, 0-T -D Corporation, noted that <br />they are excited to be moving into the South <br />Bend Area. They expect to begin construction <br />as soon as their plans are approved down state <br />and hope to start production in early July. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1149 <br />approving an application for real property tax <br />deduction for property located at 3722 <br />Foundation Court in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area. (Alecto Company, L.L.C. ) <br />Ms. Auburn declared a conflict of interest and <br />did not vote. <br />b. Commission approval requested for Resolution <br />No. 1150 approving an application for personal <br />vroW y tax deduction for pEMg ti y located at <br />3722 Foundation Court in the Airport Economic <br />Development Area.
