South Bend Redevelopment Commission <br />Regular Meeting - March 19, 1993 <br />6. NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />n. continued... <br />2, 1993 and receipt of bids to be April 16, <br />1993. (Blackthorn Corporate Center) <br />o. Commission authorization requested to <br />petition the South Bend Common Council for <br />Vacation of Alley in the Studebaker Corridor <br />Development Area. <br />Mrs. Kolata explained that as part of our <br />agreement with Murdock and Sons <br />Construction we agreed to vacate the alleys <br />in that block. The ordinance has been filed, <br />but the petition needs the Commission's <br />CW signatures before filing. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Sharp, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission authorized petitioning the South <br />Bend Common Council for Vacation of Alley <br />in the Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Area. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />There were no Progress Reports. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The next Regular Meeting of the Redevelopment <br />Commission is scheduled for April 2, 1993 at 10:00 <br />a.m. <br />-22- <br />COMMISSION AUTHORIZED <br />PETITIONING THE SOUTH BEND <br />COMMON COUNCIL FOR VACATION OF <br />ALLEY IN THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA <br />THERE WRE NO PROGRESS REPORTS <br />NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />
