We are not <br />selling the property by lots, but by the acre. <br />Mrs. Kolata also noted that we would like to <br />amend Resolution No. 1148 to allow for the <br />possible disposition by lease /purchase. The <br />lease /purchase price would be $3,772.00 per <br />acre per year for twenty years. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by Mr. Sharp and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission approved Resolution No. 1148, <br />as amended, setting the Fair Re -use Value of <br />�✓ Land in the Airport Economic Development <br />Area. (Blackthorn Corporate Center Lots 1, <br />2, and 4) <br />n. Commission aMroval requested to publish <br />Notice of Intended Sale of Land in the <br />Airport Economic Development Area with <br />publication dates to be March 26 and April <br />2. 1993 and receipt of bids to be ADril 16. <br />1993.
