NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) <br />a. continued... <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by <br />Mr. Faccenda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission accepted the proposal in the <br />amount of $23,100 from Policemen's <br />Federal Credit Union for Disposition <br />Parcel 20 in the Studebaker Corridor <br />Development Area and authorized execution <br />of documents. <br />7. PROGRESS REPORTS <br />COMMISSION ACCEPTED THE PROPOSAL <br />FROM POLICEMEN'S FEDERAL CREDIT <br />UNION FOR DISPOSITION PARCEL 20 <br />IN THE STUDEBAKER CORRIDOR <br />DEVELOPMENT AREA AND AUTHORIZED <br />EXECUTION OF DOCUMENTS <br />Mrs. Kolata introduced James Riggs who joined PROGRESS REPORTS <br />the Redevelopment staff on October 26. He <br />will work on the Airport 2010 project and Tax <br />Increment Financing. He is a recent graduate <br />of the Planning Program at Ball State <br />University. <br />Ms. Auburn noted that F. Jay Nimtz Day is <br />cirt; being planned for Tuesday, December 1, at <br />4:00 p.m. <br />8. NEXT COMMISSION MEETING <br />The Next Commission Meeting is scheduled for <br />November 6, 1992 at 10:00 a.m. <br />9. ADJOURNMENT <br />There being no further business to come <br />before the Commission, Mr. Piasecki made a <br />motion that the meeting be adjourned.
