We will order a <br />mowing whenever the grass is long. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />Rey Hernandez for mowing of vacant lots <br />in the South Bend Central Development <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that we sent requests <br />for proposals to C.C. Phillips, Rey <br />Hernandez and Code Enforcement for mowing <br />70 Lots in the Studebaker Corridor. We <br />only received two proposals: from C.C. <br />Phi Llips at $20 /lot and from Code <br />Enforcement at $50 /lot. The staff <br />recommends accepting the proposal from <br />C.C. Phillips. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission accepted the proposal from <br />C.C. Phillips for mowing vacant lots in <br />the Studebaker Corridor Development Area. <br />Jim Masters, attorney for National <br />Aut park, explained the need for the <br />Estoppel Certificate. National Autopark <br />is it subsidiary of Norwest Bank. The <br />bank is in the process of transferring <br />ownership of the parking garage. There <br />is it 1965 agreement executed between <br />National Bank, Robertson's Department <br />Store and the Parking Garage governing <br />the access to the garage by the two <br />sk alks that exist.
