NEW BUSINESS (Cont.) 9M h. continued... the garage requires the owner of Norwest Bank and Robertson's to execute an Estoppel Certificate confirming that this 1965 agreement is still in effect and has not been breached. This agreement ess ntially says that no one will close off the skywalks without the consent of the other parties. Since the Commission now owns the Robertson's Building, the Commission is asked to sign the Estoppel Certificate. However, the doorway to the Robertson's building on the third floor has been closed over with a decorative South Bend Redevelopment Commission doorway/covering. After Robertson's closed, National Bank was the Trust Agent for the building and closed off that door for aesthetic and security reasons. If som one puts the real estate to active use again, Norwest Bank will remove the dec rative covering to the door and allow use of the skywalk again. Upo a motion by Mr. Donoho, seconded by Mrs. Huddleston and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the Estoppel Cer ificate from National Autopark. Mrs. Kolata noted that WAOR wishes to use the Morris Civic Plaza for their concert ser'es on June 19, July 10, July 31, and Aug st 28, 1992. The staff recommends app oving their request pending receipt of 'ndemnification. Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission approved the request from WAOZ to use the Morris Civic Plaza on Jun 19, July 10, July 31, and August 28, 1992. -7- COMMISSION APPROVED THE ESTOPPEL CERTIFICATE FROM NATIONAL AUTOPARK COMMISSION APPROVED THE REQUEST FROM WAOR TO USE THE MORRIS CIVIC PLAZA ON JUNE 19, JULY 10, JULY 31, AND AUGUST 28, 1992
