Mrs Kolata noted that Dick Treptow, who has worked with the Commission before through Springsted, Inc., is now working for Evensen Dodge, Inc. and has traxisferred our TIF database to Evensen Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded by 11r. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the proposal from Evensen Dodge related to refinancing of TIF Revenue Bonds in the South Bend Cen ral Development Area. Mr. Faccenda dec ared a conflict of interest and did not vote. Mrs. Kolata noted that George Podell, owner of Parcel 13 -14 in the Studebaker Corridor has agreed to our offer for the property on the condition that he be allowed to keep his machinery and vehicles there until we sell the property. We will then give him a 30 -day Notice to Vacate and he will vacate the pro erty before closing. He intends to purchase property in the cleared Stu ebaker Corridor, but that is not available to him yet. The staff rec mmends accepting the counter offer. Upoa a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Ar. Donoho and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the counter offer fron George Podell for $17,000 for Parcel 13-14 in the Studebaker Corridor De lopment Area and agreed to allow him to continue to use the property rent free wit a 30 -day Notice to Vacate provision.
