It is badly fire damaged, but the <br />owner has leftover materials on hand to <br />keel) the cost of repair down. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Rental Rehab <br />Loan in the amount of $8,500.00 for <br />pro erty located at 1139 N. Huey in <br />acc rdance with the recommendation from <br />the Bureau of Housing. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Mr. Donoho and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission awarded the contract in <br />connection with the Rental Rehab Loan for <br />pro erty located at 1139 N. Huey to <br />Gre ter South Bend Development for <br />$27 460. <br />Mrs Kolata noted that we have three Tax <br />Increment Financing Bonds, issued in <br />198 , 1986, and 1988. Evensen Dodge <br />proposes to look at the cost savings of <br />refinancing any or all of these bonds. <br />They have estimated conservatively and <br />dona some preliminary calculations to <br />det rmine that there would be significant <br />enough savings to warrant refunding at <br />least some of the bonds. We would like <br />to aire them to make the necessary <br />cal ulations and analyses for determining <br />the amount of bonds to be refinanced. <br />The fee is based on the size of the bond <br />iss e. <br />-4- <br />COMMISSION APPROVED THE RENTAL <br />REHAB LOAN IN THE AMOUNT OF <br />$8,500.00 FOR PROPERTY LOCATED AT <br />1139 N.
