Mrs. Kolata noted that by City ordinance, the Design Review Committee is authorized to review all plans in the South Bend Central Development Area and the Stu ebaker Corridor Development Area. The current appointments to the committee have expired and need to be reappointed. There are nine members who serve two -year terms. Four members are on the committee because of their positions as Red velopment Director, City Engineer, City Building Commissioner, and director of the Area Plan Commission. We are rec mmending that the entire committee be rea pointed beginning January 1, 1992. The current committee is James A. Cook, Bru a Huntington, Richard Johnson, Carter Wol , John Leszczynski, Don Fozo, Ann Kol ta, Alex Niezgodski, and Thomas For ey. Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by vis. Huddleston and unanimously carried, the Commission appointed James A. ook, Bruce Huntington, Richard Johnson, Carter Wolf, John Leszczynski, Don Fozo, Ann Kolata, Alex Niezgodski, and Thomas Forsey to the Development Design Review Committee for a two -year tenn beginning January 1, 1992. Mrs Kolata noted that the West Was ington- Chapin Development Area has a sep rate committee which has heavier representation from the neighborhood. Thig is an eight member committee with two-year terms. The current members are Carl Works, Tom Miller, Richard Johnson, James Mullins, John Leszczynski, Don Foz , Ann Kolata, and Eugenia Braboy.
