Powell <br />forgives one year's payment of $2,283.00. <br />Upoa a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the $2,230.00 <br />Certificate of Waiver for Vernon K. <br />Gra le and Lois J. Powell for property <br />loc ted at 1518 Lincolnway West. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Certificate <br />of aiver forgives $1,740.00 for each of <br />the years 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the Certificate <br />of Waiver forgiving $1,740.00 for each of <br />the years 1988, 1989, 1990 and 1991 for <br />Eas Corby Partnership for property <br />loc ted at 904 - 904% E.
