Webster is a one -unit, <br />thr e- bedroom structure. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by As. Huddleston, the Commission <br />approved the Rental Rehab loan for <br />pro erty located at 1526 S. Webster. <br />Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded <br />by Ar. Piasecki and unanimously carried, <br />the Commission approved the proposal of <br />$20,500.00 from Daniel J. Kois as <br />contractor in connection with the Rental <br />Rehab loan for 1526 S. Webster. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that the Rental Rehab <br />loan program forgives 10•°s of the loan per <br />year as long as the property is kept up <br />to code, is made available to low and <br />moderate income people, and taxes and <br />ins rance are paid.
