Franklin. <br />The staff recommends accepting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter-offer of $20,000 for parcel 4 -19 <br />in he Studebaker Corridor Development <br />Are (1110 S. Franklin) . <br />The second is an offer of $25,000 for <br />Par els 5 -11, 5 -12, and 5 -13 located at <br />1311 S. Franklin. The staff recommends <br />acc pting the offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />counter-offer of $25,000 for Parcels <br />5-1L, 5 -12, and 5 -13 in the Studebaker <br />Cor idor Development Area (1314 S. <br />Fra klin) . <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that there are two <br />parcels in the 1100 block of S. Michigan <br />Street, recently added to the Studebaker <br />Corridor Development Area, which we are <br />preparing to add to the acquisition <br />list. In order to do so we must order <br />survey, title and appraisal work on <br />the in. The staff received proposals from <br />Peirce and Associates for $175 per lot, <br />fran Fisher Surveyors and Engineers for <br />$325 for the first lot and $225 for the <br />sec nd lot, and from Lan Feeney & <br />Ass ciates for $175 per lot.
