There is a waiver <br />included with this document. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded <br />by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously <br />carried, the Commission accepted the <br />Environmental Disclosure related to <br />Parcel No. 1 -7 in the Studebaker Corridor <br />De v lopment Area and waived the 30 -day <br />re irement for submittal. <br />Mrs. Kolata noted that this Environmental <br />Disclosure is related to the North <br />American Sign property. Although it is <br />signed by Carolyn Yarger Blake, the item <br />on the form which asks who filled the <br />forin out is answered "NA."
