There is a waiver included with this document. Upon a motion by Mr. Piasecki, seconded by Ms. Huddleston and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the Environmental Disclosure related to Parcel No. 1 -7 in the Studebaker Corridor De v lopment Area and waived the 30 -day re irement for submittal. Mrs. Kolata noted that this Environmental Disclosure is related to the North American Sign property. Although it is signed by Carolyn Yarger Blake, the item on the form which asks who filled the forin out is answered "NA." Since we are moving ahead toward closing and the Co ission's next meeting is three weeks away, the staff would like to have the Co fission accept it contingent upon the f04 being completed prior to closing. Upon a motion by Ms. Huddleston, seconded by Mr. Piasecki and unanimously carried, the Commission accepted the Environmental Disclosure related to Parcels 5 -11, 5 -12, and 5 -13 in the Studebaker Corridor Dev lopment Area contingent upon the form bei g completed prior to closing.
