The <br />sub'ect property was acquired and has <br />been in continuous use by Murdock and <br />Sons Construction, Inc. We have made our <br />plans known with regards to our expansion <br />needs as it relates to the timely <br />development of this property. Any <br />attempt on the part of the Commission or <br />Redevelopment to acquire this property <br />will stifle or impede the continued <br />growth and development of our company. <br />Thank you for your cooperation in this <br />regard. <br />W. .
