The width of the drive is only one minor issue in this plan. While this involves <br />relocating a house, it is new to this site and the addition is as large, if not larger, than the original house. Based on <br />that, I'm considering this a new development and it will need to meet the regulations of the NNZO. Most of the <br />discrepancies are actually from the Ul District, which would have applied with or without the house move. There are <br />several things that stand out to me in the design and layout of the house. <br />
