APPROVAL OF CLAIMS (Cont.) <br />Upon a motion made by Mr. Combs, seconded by <br />Mr. Facxwda and unanimously carried, the <br />Commission formally approved the claims <br />submittAd May 14 and May 21, 1991 and ordered <br />checks dated May 17 and May 24, 1991 to be <br />released. <br />4. <br />5. <br />There w6re no conmunications. <br />There wis old business. <br />Mrs. Kolata asked permission to add item 6.f. to <br />the agenda. There were no objections and the <br />item was added. <br />6. NEW BUS_ S <br />a. <br />Ma <br />Mrs Kolata reported that the staff has <br />received a counter offer in the amount of <br />$3,774.00 for the combined parcels 4 -24 <br />and 4 -28 in the Studebaker Corridor <br />Dev lopment Area. The staff recommends <br />accepting the counter offer. <br />Upon a motion by Mr. Faccenda, seconded <br />by .
