The project will be billed <br />as a lump sum project on a percent complete basis. Adjustments to the fee will be negotiated <br />with the City of South Bend after this date. Upon acceptance of this Agreement, please have <br />each copy executed, retain one (1) copy for your files, and return one (1) copy to us for our files. <br />Should you have any questions please contact me at 773.775.4009.
